YOUTH MARKETING CONNECTION // ABOUT US
What is YMC?
We are a youth marketing resource that authentically connects YOUR brand or agency with today’s youth. Online and offline. It’s that simple.
Engaging.
We create programs based around experiences that truly engage today’s youth with your brand in a natural and authentic way.
Authentic.
We have a nationwide network of students that we draw from to recruit reps whose passions match a brand’s DNA. Then we provide them with tools to spread the word in a genuine peer-to-peer fashion.
Relevant.
The experiences that we create with our student reps convey the essence of your brand in a way that their peers can understand and relate to. On campus. On-line. At Spring Break.
Our Core Team
Paul Himmelfarb

the mover and shaker
paulh@youthmarketing.com
Paul has been getting it done since a very young age, and that doesn’t appear to be changing anytime soon. Whether he’s burning the midnight oil in Boston, NYC, DC, Florida, Mexico, or somewhere even crazier, Paul always has his mind wrapped around connecting brands with today’s college students. To say he’s a stimulaholic is an understatement. It almost seems like Paul doesn’t need sleep. He’s always working with client partners to figure out ways to make the brand needle move.
Jacqui Lewis

commodore of connections
jacquil@youthmarketing.com
Jacqui started selling Spring Break trips out of her dorm room some years ago, and has been connecting people with travel, with other people, and with opportunities ever since. Her favorite quote is “Be the change you want to see in the world” by Mahatma Gandhi, and she lives this through and through. When Jacqui’s not aboard a plane or sitting at a conference table, she spends time with her ever growing family on the water, at the mountain or just enjoying popcorn and a movie on their couch in Marblehead, MA.
Jen O’Donnell

client whisperer
jeno@youthmarketing.com
Jen has 13+ years of experience in client service and project management, with a focus on advertising, custom media, web marketing, and content development. She has been wowing clients at brands such as Verizon, Stop & Shop, Aramark, Albertsons, Flat World Knowledge, Sony, Computer Associates, and Shaw’s. After office hours, she can be found whipping up fabulous meals in her kitchen, swirling and sipping at wine tastings, traveling to distant lands, and practicing a little much-needed yoga.
Ben Detofsky

college strategy extraordinaire
bend@youthmarketing.com
Ben is a marketing & sports/event management grad from The George Washington University. He keeps his finger on the pulse of the college marketing world, and is quick to volunteer his brainstorming prowess to create exciting and original marketing tactics for new and existing clients. Ben is a serial brainstormer and an entrepreneur at heart. Creating proposals, managing projects, and building new relationships with brands and the people behind the brands is all in a day’s work.

Peter excels at developing creative solutions to our clients’ challenges and bringing them to life in the digital and physical world. Beyond his industry awards and accolades, Peter can be found biking around Washington, DC, experimenting with new forms of art, developing new techniques of interactive strategy, and traveling the world.
Joanna DiGloria

joannad@youthmarketing.com

Joanna has a personal interest in fashion, and is thrilled to be launching a nationwide program for our newest partner, 50 Cent’s new energy shot Street King.
Tiffany Baliestiero

maven of management
tiffanyb@youthmarketing.com

With past gigs such as Program Director for Harper’s Ferry (a renowned music venue), and part of the WFNX Street Team, she’s now at the other end of the spectrum, managing 144 reps for American Eagle Outfitters. When Tiffany’s not keeping tabs on college students, she enjoys traveling, Zumba, playing with her dog, and going to concerts!
Alex Tyler

jill of all trades
alext@youthmarketing.com
Alex earned her BS in Strategic Advertising from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 2010. With a well-rounded background in copywriting, digital media, client communication, and strategic planning, Alex is the full package.
